How can we help?
For sign-in issues, account or privacy requests, safety reports, and app feedback, email us. Include the device model and app version if you are reporting a bug. Please do not include passwords or private messages unless necessary to explain the problem.

In the iOS app, open your profile, then Settings → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email us and request account deletion.
Report or block someone
In a conversation, open the menu to report or block a person. You can also email us about content or conduct that needs review.
